Applications-Cenosphere
Cenosphere applications offer many benefits over mined materials, primarily cost and weight reduction. Of their many uses, microspheres are used as light weight aggregate in oil well cements, sound proofing, thermal Insulation, interior and exterior paints, injection molding of plastics, automotive brake linings, and are even used by NASA in the nose of the Space Shuttle. Desirable properties include, controllable density for buoyancy, improved flow, excellent thermal insulation, light weight, and high strength. Their use is 100% environmentally friendly.
NPE- (5-500)
Particle size 5-500 microns, Density < 0.72 g/cc , sinker less than 2%.
Color: light gray. Deformation Temperature >1400 °C.
Commonly used in oilfield drilling services and Construction products as light filler. There are also many other applications such as refractory works. It is used for Ph sensitive emulsion explosive.
NPE- (5-300)
Particle size 5-300 microns, Density < 0.56 gm/cc, sinker less than 2%.
Color: light gray Deformation temperature >1400 °C.
Commonly used in Acrylic cast application, Body fillers, Architectural molding. There are also many other applications such as, foundry, automobile parts, ceramic products, etc.

Particle size 5-150 microns, Density < 0.56 g/cc, and sinker less than 2%.
Color: light gray. Deformation temperature >1400 °C
Special grade with finer particle size for filler applications such as Epoxy resin, yacht body, arts and crafts, Marine polyester systems etc.

Special grade with finer particle size for filler applications such as Decorative stone and where appearance is critical.
